How to Assign a Service Item to a Customer Profile
- Navigate to the System Admin option within the i-Laundry shell.
- Authenticate by entering your PIN or using a fingerprint when prompted.
- Open the left menu and choose "Services & Products."
- Opt for "Service - Assign to Customer Profile."
- Click "Add Item" at the top of the screen.
- Pick a Customer Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Choose a Service Item from the dropdown menu.
- Specify the sales price for this customer profile's service item. Note that you can have the same service item on multiple customer profiles with different pricing, which applies to corporate customers or distinct price lists.
- Define this item's turnaround time in hours if it differs from the standard turnaround time for this service type or item group.
- Assign a number for the display position, determining the item's appearance on the screen. (Relevant only if "Auto Sort Services" is turned off in the system parameters GUI.)
- Optionally, input the Cost % for this item, utilized for reporting purposes.
- Optionally, enter the cost price for this item, which is also used for reporting purposes.
- Save your changes by selecting "Save And Close."
- Exit the Admin section to return to the i-Laundry shell.
