Phone Support

Telephonic support will be provided free of charge for the 1st three months after purchasing a license; this is to enable users to learn the new system and get comfortable with it. Thereafter a telephic support contract can be entered into or calls can be handled on an ad-hoc billing basis.

ZAR 200.00 per hour or part thereof.

Customised program and report changes

We endeavour to listen to the needs of our customers and will be more than willing to alter the program and any of the reports to suit your requirements should they not currently do exactly what you want it to.

Custom programming of reports, customer specific program enhancements and integration modules with other systems will be quoted on a per job basis. Please contact us for a formal estimate, and note that a 50% deposit is required for this type of work and must be received before programming will commence.

Ad-hoc onsite support & call-outs (South Africa only)

Hourly onsite support can be provided, but is done on a per call basis.

Call-out fee applicable is to sites within a 50km radius of i-Laundry office. Thereafter ZAR 4.50 will be charged for every kilometer travelled further than 50km.
