Add a Corporate Customer

Step 1: System Admin

1.1. From the i-Laundry shell, select the System Admin button.

1.2. Type your PIN or use your finger when prompted.


Step 2: Import Pricelist (Skip to Step 3 when not importing a pricelist)

2.1. On the left menu, select System Setup.

2.2. In the expanded menu, select Import Pricelist.

2.3. Search for the pricelist in the explorer window and select Open.

2.4. Select OK when pricelist is imported successfully.

2.5. Jump to Step 5.


Step 3: Customer Profile

3.1. On the left menu, select Customer Setup.

3.2. In the expanded menu, select Customer Profile.

3.3. Select Add Item at the top of the screen.

3.4. On the Detail tab, enter a profile name in the Profile Name field.

3.5. Enter the necessary parameters for the customer on the Operational Parameters tab.

3.6. Select Save and Close


Step 4: Customer Services

4.1. On the left menu, select Services & Products.

4.2. In the expanded menu, select Service - Assign to Customer Profile.

4.3. Select Add Item at the top of the screen.

4.4. In the Customer Profile field, select the customer profile to which the services must be assigned to.

4.5. Select the service item to be assigned from the drop-down list.(See related articles to add service items)

4.6. Enter the Price of the service item.

4.7. Complete the rest of the fields (Optional).

4.8. Select Save and Close or Save and Add when repeating


Step 5: Add a Collection Run

5.1. On the left menu, select Customer Setup.

5.2. In the expanded menu, select Collection Run.

5.3. Select Add Item at the top of the screen.

5.4. Enter a collection run name in the Description field.

5.5. Select Save and Close.


Step 6: Add a Corporate Customer

6.1. On the left menu, select Customer Setup.

6.2. In the expanded menu, select Customer - Corporate.

6.3. Select Add Item at the top of the screen.

6.4. Enter the customer name in the Company Name field.

6.5. Add a tick to the Show In List checkbox.

6.6. Complete the Contact Details fields.

6.7. Provide an instruction in the Customer Specific field.

6.8. Complete the Profile Details fields.

6.9. Select Save.

6.10. Select the Sub Customer tab at the top of the screen (See related article on how to configure Sub Customers).

6.11. Select Add at the bottom right of the screen.

6.12. Complete the Customer, Contact Details and Profile Details fields.

6.13. Select Yes for Collection Run and choose a Run from the drop-down list.

6.14. Select Save and Close.


Step 7: Terminal Setup

7.1. On the left menu, select System Setup.

7.2. In the expanded menu, select Terminal Setup.

7.3. Double click on the terminal which the customer will be assigned to.

7.4. Select the Corporate Customers tab at the top of the Terminal Setup screen.

7.5. Select Add at the bottom right of the screen.

7.6. Select the corporate customer from the drop-down list.

7.7. Select Save and Close.

7.8. Select Exit Admin
