Telephonic support will be provided free of charge for the 1st three months after purchasing a license; this is to enable users to learn the new system and get comfortable with it. Thereafter a telephic support contract can be entered into or calls can be handled on an ad-hoc billing basis.
We endeavour to listen to the needs of our customers and will be more than willing to alter the program and any of the reports to suit your requirements should they not currently do exactly what you want it to.
Hourly onsite support can be provided, but is done on a per call basis.
CALL OUT RATE FEE APPLICABLE TO SITES WITHIN A 50 KM RADIUS OF ILAUNDRY OFFICES. THEREAFTER ZAR 4,50 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY KILOMETER TRAVELLED FURTHER THAN 50 KM.
